COVID – 19 NOTICE
Dear wine loving people of Richmond,
WE ARE STILL OPEN but due to the most recent COVID-19 advice, only for HOME DELIVERIES and PRE-ORDERED COLLECTIONS from our shop at 2 BRIDGE STREET, RICHMOND TW9 1 TQ.

Please note that we will assemble orders received by 4pm and try to deliver locally between 5pm and 7pm on daily basis where possible.
As you can imagine we will need to streamline the operations and, in order to reduce contact and protect both you and us, we will have to adhere to the following rules:-
- as we will be processing orders mainly from our home offices (therefore without access to card processing machines), payment for all confirmed orders will need to be done via bank transfer;
- we will deliver for free (within 3 miles of our shop) all orders of 12 bottles or more, which could be mixed from stock available in the shop – 10% DISCOUNT WILL BE APPLIED TO ALL ORDERS of 12 bottles or more;
- we will deliver for free within 3 miles from our shop all orders over £240 in value irrelevent of number of bottles – 10% DISCOUNT WILL BE APPLIED TO ALL ORDERS of 12 bottles or more;
- orders for less than 12 bottles or less than £240 in value will be processed without discount and can be collected from our shop at 2 Bridge Street, TW9 1TQ, or will incur a delivery charge of £10 per address;
- we will make sure that the bottles are handled at our end in the most hygienic way possible, and the wine will be packed in boxes which will be left outside your front door as notified by one of us at the time of the delivery;
- in order to simplify the process, we have outlined below the wines that we have good stock of in our shop (subject to remaining unsold).
